ARN CENEDELLA

Founder and General Partner

Arn Cenedella, founder of Spark Investment Group, is a real estate expert with more than four decades of experience, including 35 years as a Realtor navigating the unique real estate landscape in Silicon Valley, CA.

Through these experiences, he developed a passion for helping others achieve their own financial freedom through investing in multifamily real estate syndications.

Arn currently manages and operates a multifamily portfolio as general partner and sponsor of over 1,100 units with a total value in excess of $138M. In addition, Arn is a limited partner in over 500 units located in the Southeast and Mountain West.

Through Spark Investment Group, Arn is putting his decades of real estate expertise to work for his clients, helping them reach their goals and attain the lives they’ve always wanted to live.

DAN ROWLEY

General Partner

Dan has been a real estate investor since 2011 and his current ‘owned’ portfolio of rental units is valued at $4.5M. Since 2019, he shifted his investing focus to private equity syndication and JV deals, with numerous LP investments exceeding $1.5M. Dan has been collaborating with Spark Investment Group as a General Partner since 2023. Dan has a corporate background and worked for 31 years in finance and business operations, including a CFO role for the last 13 years of his career. He also has an MBA from Indiana University. Dan currently lives in Cary, NC with his wife and 2 daughters.

BRIAN WALSH

Operational Partner

Brian Walsh is the President and founder of Progressive Properties of Greenville LLC (PPOG), a full-service residential property management company operating in Greenville, SC. Founded in 2009, PPOG has been operating in the Greenville market for over 15 years. PPOG currently manages over 525 single-family and multi-family units, providing a range of services including full unit renovations. Brian is also an active real estate investor, focused on multifamily and new BTR properties. Brian is currently a co-sponsor and general partner and sponsor on seven multifamily syndications in Greenville S.C. totaling 429 units. He leverages his background in construction and maintenance paired with his expertise of the Greenville market to help his large network of investors achieve and exceed their real estate goals.
